Synopsis

In Book 2 of the Dream Harbor Series, we meet Hazel, who let her twenties go by without having any ‘fun’ and she is determined to have one ‘fun’ summer before she turns thirty. Noah, a handsome, young fisherman in Dream Harbor, is the definition of fun, and just so happens to be looking for an excuse to ask Hazel out. When mysterious clues start appearing in books at the bookstore Hazel works at detailing fun activities, Noah makes it his mission to follow the clues, and teach Hazel how to live a little. This is a small town, spicy romance with an older FMC, and it is bound to make you blush at every turn of a page.

Review

In my opinion, you don’t need to read Book 1, The Pumpkin Spice Cafe, in the Dream Harbor series to enjoy this book, it just might provide more context to the side character friendships. They are technically all standalone romances. Noah and Hazel had me hooked from page one. I read this book in two sittings. It was a cute, cozy fall read. It had just enough spice, and overall was a very sweet romance. Noah truly displayed the definition of pining, and I loved it. I highly recommend checking out the series as a whole, but this one so far is the best one in my opinion.
